Band Director Mentor Program

Most directors bring in clinicians from time to time to assess our contest music and help directors and students grow musically, but what about helping with the culture of the program, observing and assessing teaching skills and offering recommendations for growth, as well as mentoring directors on how to do your best on a T-TESS evaluation? My 28 years of successful band directing experience as well as my experience as a UIL Executive Secretary, mentor/clinician and student teacher supervisor give me a wealth of knowledge that I feel can benefit young directors or any director striving to improve their program. 

What I offer for YOU and/or your program:

Mentoring - one day per month, 1/2 day or full day
